SWAN Team Building 2026
SWAN held its team building in Eagle Point Resort Batangas from April 10-11. The day started with a team building activity where the staff were divided into groups and worked together to win each challenge and developed team work and chemistry with each other.
The rest of the day was filled with rest and relaxation, snorkeling and seeing the beautiful corals around the resort and taking a dip in the resort's pool to cool off from the hot sun. The day ended with the staple drinks and karaoke where the president was able to talk frankly and in a less formal setting with the staff and discuss and address and concerns they had.
