Beth is one of the first employess when Swan was established in 1995. She started as Programmer who customized her own Accounting System and was used by the Company from 1998 to 2022. Due to her dedication and exemplary work ethics, she was appointed to take charge of the Admin Department in 2004.
She is the go-to-person for any issues related to smooth office operations, including IT and communications systems and equipment. She has strong IT background and she specializes in the process flow of statutory documents and requirements for the office and the ships.
Due to her deep involvement in the preparation, and familiarity, of the SMS she was appointed as the Alternate DPA in 2012. She assists the DPA in the revision and implementation of the SMS.
In 2025 she took the responsibility of Data Protection Officer.
In September 2013, Bel joined Swan - her first employment after finishing studies - as an Accounting Clerk. She took up her current role as Head of the Accounting Depatment in 2017. She reports to the CFO and the President. To ensure customers financial reporting requirements, Bel promptly submits operating budget reports.
