We are committed to meeting the highest industry standards through safe operations, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
A. Safety and Environmental Protection. We aim for Zero Harm and Zero Pollution. We strictly follow our Safety Management System (SMS) to identify and reduce risks to people, vessels, cargo, and the marine environment. We minimize environmental impact by using resources responsibly and complying with all environmental laws, especially those related to cargo handling.
B. Security and Cybersecurity (ISPS Code). We protect our people, vessels, cargo, and digital systems. Physical security and cybersecurity risks are managed under one unified system, covering both ship and shore operations.
C. Health, Welfare, and Well-Being (MLC). We ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace for all employees onboard and ashore in full compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC). A strict Drug and Alcohol Policy is enforced so all personnel are fit for duty at all times.
D. Governance, Ethics, and Social Responsibility
· Ethics, Human Rights, and Respect. We conduct our business ethically and uphold human rights and fair labor practices. We promote diversity and inclusion and maintain zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
· Anti-Corruption and Financial Crime. We are fully committed to acting with integrity. All financial activities must comply with international regulations and the Company’s Code of Conduct.
· Tax Compliance. We follow responsible tax principles by complying with all applicable tax laws and we ensure accurate and transparent financial records.
· Data Privacy (RA 10173). We comply with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012.
